Photo Usage Terms and Conditions

By using or accessing the photos provided by One Count Media (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“the client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Authorized Use

   • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the provided photos for marketing purposes, including but not limited to online listings, websites, social media, advertisements, and other promotional materials.

   • The photos may also be shared with the client’s partners and clients for their related marketing purposes.

2. Restrictions

   • The photos may not be resold, sub-licensed, or used for unrelated purposes without prior written consent from One Count Media.

   • Alterations to the photos (beyond resizing, cropping, or minor edits for layout purposes) require approval from One Count Media.

3. Copyright Ownership

   • One Count Media retains full copyright ownership of all photos. No ownership rights are transferred to the client.

4. Duration

   • The license is granted in perpetuity, allowing clients and their partners to use the photos indefinitely for authorised purposes.

5. Indemnification

   • The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless One Count Media against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from unauthorised use of the photos.

6. Amendments

   • These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the photos after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
